1. Data controller
The controller is the operator of the AutoDabar service. Use the email address below for privacy questions. The details of the buyer in a specific transaction are stated in the sale–purchase agreement.
2. Information we receive
An enquiry may include your phone number, city or district, car make, model, year, condition, expected price, comments and the photos you choose to provide.
For technical attribution we may also record the page visited and campaign parameters such as UTM tags.
3. Why we use the information
We use it to respond, prepare an initial offer, clarify the car’s condition and, if you agree, prepare for a possible transaction.
The enquiry is processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Technical security and abuse prevention are based on legitimate interests.
4. Who may receive it
Information is available only to those handling the enquiry and necessary service providers. The website is hosted by Netlify and new-enquiry notifications are delivered using Telegram infrastructure.
Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law. We do not sell enquiry data to advertising brokers.
5. Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, communicate, complete agreed steps and, where applicable, meet legal obligations or defend legitimate claims. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website currently does not use advertising tracking or Google Analytics. Essential browser functions may be used for form state and secure operation. If additional analytics is introduced, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated before collection begins.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest version is always published here.
